Refund Policy

Important:
Please read our refund & return policy carefully. By completing a purchase with Bennet & Co., you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.


Returning a Product

Timeframe

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene-sensitive products, the item must be thoroughly cleaned prior to starting the return process.


Damage Due to Personal Use

  • Bennet & Co. is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Only manufacturing defects are covered under our return policy.


Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear


How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email support@bennetandco.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • A clear photo of the item (if damaged)

  • Your contact information


Refunds

Procedure

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days , and credited back to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 30 days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@bennetandco.com .


Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be shipped to our Asia-based warehouse . Shipping costs start at $25 and are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Bennet & Co. is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge.

  • If the same issue occurs again on the replacement, you will be eligible for a full refund .


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed due to our automated processing system.

  • After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
